Are you getting angry with someone?

When and why do you get angry ?

Do you agree that "anger is rooted in our lack of understanding of ourselves and of causes"?

What should be done to take care of your anger?

....and so on ....

By coming back our in-breath and out-breath, you could take care of yourseft, heal yourself...

For practice, you can follow some following steps:

1. Recognize (breathing)
2. Embrace (breathing)
3. Bring relief (breathing)
4. Bring insight (breathing)
5. Liberate (breathing)

I have benefited greatly from this pratice during my summer vacation at Plumvillage (France, 2008). I've shared and practiced fruitfully with my colleagues in Holland. And now I'd like to share with you all !

Reading the book, enjoying your practice....

Giận ai vậy? Sao giận vậy? Giận để làm gì?
Đúng là một nhà sư đắc đạo.
Khâm phục thiệt, nhưng làm theo là một điều quá khó với mình rồi! hix hix..
