Job description
·Ensure the compliance of SLA on customer enquiries and complaints
··Support the shift operations staff in 1st Tier emergency services restoration
·Optimize the alarm management system and its workflow
·Coordinate with support, customer services and clients for procedure refinement.
·7x24 hour support on shift basis is required
Requirement

·Higher certificate in electronic engineering or equivalent with good academic result. Studied subject of communication, Telecommunication or related disciplines will have an advantage.
·2 years solid experience in NOC (Network Operation Center) operations or relevant field
·Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
·Good command of spoken and written English
·Self-motivated, stable, mature and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
·Prefer to have acquired CCNA, CCNP or relevant certificate
·Knowledge in telecom services, Networking, Internet application, PC hardware & software.
·Work at irregular hours and during holiday is required.
