P.3: Twenty five boys and twenty five girls sit around a table. Prove that it is always possible to find a person both of whose neighbors are girls.
P.4: A person takes at least one aspirin a day for 30 days. If he takes 45 aspirin altogether, in some sequence of consecutive days he takes exactly 14 aspirin.

Problem 5
A chess master who has 11 weeks to prepare for a tournt decides to play at least one game every day but, in order not to tire himself, he decides not to play more than 12 games during any calendar week. Show that there exists a succession of consecutive days during which the chess master will have played exactly 21 games.
Solution for problem 3:
We use contradiction method to prove the statement.
We propose that there is a sitting arrangement so that no one sits between two girls. A group of people who are same gender and sitting between two another gender people is called a block. Because of our proposal, a girl block has at most 2 girls and there are at least two boys sitting between 2 consective girl blocks. We have 25 girls so we have at least girl blocks( the pigeon hole priciple applied). We have at least 13 girl blocks so we need at least 13 x 2=26 boys. Contradiction!

Solution for problem 4:
We call is the total aspirin he take from the first day to the day ( including the the day)().
Now we consider 60 numbers below:
All they are positive and less than 45 + 14 = 59.
60 = 1. 59 +1
We apply the pigeon hole priciple we have 1+1=2 numbers of them are equal.
He take at least one aspirin a day so all are different. Because all are different so are different. Therefore .
Utimately, we have the consective days m+1, m+2, ...,n he takes 14 aspirins.
